  • Have you been spat or tortured by someone's nails that sank deep into ur skin when helping doctor to take his/her urgent blood ?

  • Have you ever been threatened by an angry relatives when his/her ridiculous demands are not met ?

  • Have you ever been enduring your urine/bowels to instead helping others to clear theirs first then you make a quick toilet break ?

  • Have you ever burst out crying infront of someone that make nasty comments ?

  • Have you ever been cursed by a confused patient for helping them ?

  • Have you ever know how to identify the smell of different stools ?

  • Have you ever known that when a patient arrived in your ward that he/she is carrying any infectious diseases ?

Mentally, physically and emotional strained.
Yet, we're paid so miserably.
Not enough to recover
the energy that we have drained,
the brain cells that are dead,
and the precious tears that are flown out.

Of course, this is not as bad as you think.
There are sweet moments when patients grab your hand tightly, appreciating the things that you have done for them.
Or getting lil cards and food. .

You might think it’s small little gesture. But to us, it means alot.

To be able to assist them on their road to recovery and you sharing the most important and saddest moments of their life.
